Feedback or complaints?
We work hard to provide a great service to our patients and we hope you are always delighted with the private dental care you receive from us. We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad, and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:
- Speaking to us in person
- Filling in a feedback form at reception

- All feedback will be considered and reflected on, with changes being implemented as necessary. Systems are in place to deal promptly and sympathetically with any patient complaints.
We take complaints very seriously and try to ensure that all patients are pleased with their treatment experience. If a patient complains, they are to be dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.
Our aim is to react to complaints in the way in which we would want our complaint about a service to be handled. We are well aware that we can learn from any mistake that we make and we will therefore respond to customers' concerns in a caring and sensitive manner.
- The person responsible for dealing with any complaint about the service that the clinic provides is Mrs Barbara Fowling.
- If a patient complains on the telephone or at the reception desk, Members of staff will listen to their complaint immediately and will offer to refer it to Mrs Fowling.
- If Mrs Fowling is not available at the time, then the patient will be told when they will be able to speak to him. Arrangements will be made for this to happen.
- If the patient complains in writing, the letter or email will be passed on to Mrs Fowling immediately.
- If any patient wishes to make a complaint in writing then address the complaint to : Mrs B. Fowling, J & R Dental Practice, 86 Leeming Street, Mansfield, Notts, NG18 1NG.
- If patients are not satisfied with the result of this procedure, further recourse can be made to:
